METROPOLIS
MARTKETPLACE

Welcome to Metropolis
The Metropolis Marketplace brings a modern and well-coordinated infrastructure to an iconic building that was originally built in 1891, by Woodburn founder Jesse Settlemier. Now, 134 years later, historic timber and brick blend with modern steel and concrete to create large projectable surfaces, controlled lighting, superb access, and outstanding electrical infrastructure. The second-floor plans have been updated — it will no longer be used for events or parties. The space is now being converted into Commercial/Office Spaces.

Hello Woodburn Community,

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news about the future of Metropolis Venue! We’ve decided to reimagine our 2nd floor to better serve our community’s growing needs.
Instead of hosting large events, the 2nd floor will soon feature four beautifully designed private spaces, each ranging from 800 to 1,000 sq. ft. — complete with windows and doors for comfort and privacy.
But that’s not all — we’re also creating a state-of-the-art glass conference room, perfect for meetings, collaborations, and special gatherings!
• The four private spaces will be available for long-term lease
• The glass conference room will be available to rent by the hour or by the day
We’ve already submitted permits to the City of Woodburn, and construction is on the horizon! Stay tuned for updates and sneak-peek photos as the project comes to life.
Our goal is to have everything ready by Spring/Summer 2026 — and we can’t wait to welcome you into the new and improved Metropolis Venue!
Thank you for being part of our journey — the best is yet to come!
